Lenora & Adam's have been trying to break into real estate for a few years. Joining group after group, they decided to give the Milwaukee REIA Mentoring Program a shot after joining the group on a RehabLab Bus Tour. Ever since joining, Lenora & Adam have been working hard to make this business work for them. With their first deal already under their belt not 6 months into the program, they are ready to tackle whatever comes their way.

Deal #1: Brown Deer Flip

Lenora and Adam were deliberate when they sent out their first round of postcards. They did their research and made a small but effective list. And from that list, they found their first rehab property. After a quick meeting with the seller, Lenora was able to lock up the deal by providing a flexible closing timeline and cleanout services. This was a great first deal for the couple, and gave them the opportunity to learn new things in this ever changing market.

Deal #2: Hampton Heights Flip

Onto the next deal! Just before closing on their first deal, Lenora & Adam sent out another round of postcards and were able to connect with this seller who was facing a quick foreclosure. Lenora & Adam were able to help by making a payment to avoid foreclosure. Lenora learned plenty about working with contractors to meet deadlines. In the end, the finished product hit the market, and sold quickly! Great job, we are so excited to see what you find for your 3rd and final deal!
