Ben started out in IT computer forensics and worked in that field for over a decade. After having his kids, he decided to transition into painting to allow for a more flexible schedule, which allowed him family time. Ben's brother, Matt (who is a graduate of the program), introduced him to real estate investing. After seeing Matt's success, he decided to take the leap.
Ben got this deal through hustle and consistent networking. The sellers brother had passed away a few years ago, who happened to be a patient at Ben's wife's hospice center. A few years after his passing, the family called Ben and his wife to tell them that he created a painting, and that Ben should come to the home to pick it up. It was there where Ben began talking to the sister about the home.
Ben has been working hard the past year, figuring out his marketing plan and what works for him. After receiving a call from a seller, who was motivated, and ready to sell, Ben jumped on the chance. Now (with help from Dispo Coach Nik), Ben is completed this project, quickly, on time and (most important) on budget! Great job Ben!
Ben successfully completed this project by applying everything he learned from his previous flips, and it shows. By taking the lessons, systems, and strategies from his first two deals, he was able to execute this one on time and under budget. From coordinating with the seller, their family, and the bank to managing timelines and costs, Ben stayed focused and disciplined every step of the way. This project is a clear example of how experience, preparation, and continuous improvement lead to stronger results with every deal.
