Ben started out in IT computer forensics and worked in that field for over a decade. After having his kids, he decided to transition into painting to allow for a more flexible schedule, which allowed him family time. Ben's brother, Matt (who is a graduate of the program), introduced him to real estate investing. After seeing Matt's success, he decided to take the leap.
Deal #1: Brookfield Flip
Ben got this deal through hustle and consistent networking. The sellers brother had passed away a few years ago, who happened to be a patient at Ben's wife's hospice center. A few years after his passing, the family called Ben and his wife to tell them that he created a painting, and that Ben should come to the home to pick it up. It was there where Ben began talking to the sister about the home.
Deal #2 - Waukesha Flip
Ben has been working hard the past year, figuring out his marketing plan and what works for him. After receiving a call from a seller, who was motivated, and ready to sell, Ben jumped on the chance. Now (with help from Dispo Coach Nik), Ben is completed this project, quickly, on time and (most important) on budget! Great job Ben!
Deal #2 - Milwaukee Flip
Ben just closed on his third and final property from his marketing efforts—an incredible milestone marking how far he’s come. This deal came from a seller who could no longer keep up with the property and was ready for a fresh start. Ben stepped in and skillfully coordinated between the seller, their family, and the bank to bring everything together and get the contract to closing. Now, he’s teaming up with our disposition coach to apply everything he’s learned from his last two deals and finish strong. It’s a perfect example of how persistence, communication, and continuous learning lead to real success.
