Ben Risley

Ben joined the program and hit the ground running with a condo purchase within the first month of joining. Unfortunately, due to work relocation, Ben was no longer able to finish the program with us. We wish him the best of luck with his move, and new career in Minnesota!

Deal #1: New Berlin Condo

Ben joined the Milwaukee REIA Mentoring program during the Spring cohort. After only 3 weeks, Ben was able to sign the contract on his first deal. What made this property so unique, is that being a condo, the rehab was very low cost and not as intensive as a single family home. Ben is taking what he learned during this first rehab and applying it to finding others!
