After living in many different homes all across the country, Cassie and her family have renovated each home. Each time, they try and involve her 5 children as much as possible in the process. After moving to Wisconsin, Cassie decided to join the program to apply her skills and passion into improving the homes around their neighborhood and local communities.
Deal #1: West Allis Flip
Right off the bat, Cassie wanted to start using her "Be Around" marketing skills, and connect with local realtors. She was able to find this property using one of those realtor connections. This house, presented an issue right off the bat which made it difficult to sell on market, there was a lead abatement against the property. Cassie has been working on this deal, and learning a lot about screening and working with contractors, as well as the city to get this house finished!
Deal #2: Muskego Flip
While in the middle of her first deal, Cassie and her trusty realtor were able to find and lock up a second property. This one, in Muskego near Little Muskego Lake! This property was a lot of fun for Cassie and her family to work on (since it was much closer to where they live!). During this project, Cassie decided to finish the basement to help improve the ARV, and it really paid off! Just one more deal for Cassie before graduation!
