Driven by a passion for helping people, Frank was drawn to real estate as a way to not only build a better future for himself, but also to positively impact others — whether it's through helping homeowners in tough situations, improving neighborhoods, or providing quality housing.

Deal #1: Milwaukee Pre-Foreclosure

Frank found this opportunity through a pre-foreclosure lead, a strategy that takes persistence, patience, and a willingness to have real conversations with homeowners in distress. He stepped up, made the connection, and put together a win-win solution that helped the seller while giving him a strong investment opportunity.

Now that the property is his, Frank is working closely with Coach Doug to create a detailed scope of work. Together, they’re walking through the property, identifying what needs to be repaired or replaced, and putting together a budget and timeline for the renovation.

This phase is where a lot of the learning (and magic) happens, turning an overwhelmed property into a valuable asset takes vision, planning, and a strong support system. With guidance from his coach and the community around him, Frank is building the skills and confidence it takes to do this again and again.
