Frank found this opportunity through a pre-foreclosure lead, a strategy that requires persistence, patience, and a willingness to have real conversations with homeowners in distress. He stepped up, made the connection, and put together a win-win solution that helped the seller while giving him a strong investment opportunity.



Now that the renovation is complete, Frank reflects on everything he’s learned throughout the process. Working closely with Coach Doug, he gained hands-on experience managing contractors, keeping the project on schedule, and staying on budget. What started as an overwhelming property is now a valuable asset, and Frank has built the skills, confidence, and systems to tackle future projects with clarity and control.
