Natalia Kishner
After owning a few rentals, Natalia knew that it was time to learn about house flipping. When Natalia started the program she was working a full-time job in sales. Now - she has quit her job and is investing full time with her husband. Investing in rentals and rehabs alike.
Deal #1: Dineen Park Light Rehab
What was so great about this property, is it would have been a great rental, or flip! Which is why Natalia bought it in the first place. After discussing with the coaches, she decided to do a light rehab on the property so she can learn those necessary skills to complete home rehabs. Natalia did an amazing job overseeing the project, contractors, and the budget!
Deal #2: Old North Milwaukee Light Rehab
While working on her first deal, Natalia was able to close on her 2nd property. This project has some basement issues and a few cosmetic upgrades. During this project, Natalia is learned how to work on multiple properties at a time and keep on track (both in her schedule, and budget)!
Deal #3: Menomonee Falls Flip
For her final deal, Natalia locked up this "hoarders dream" in Menomonee Falls. During the project she was able to focus more on adding some personal design touches, since she had built up her systems and processes during the past two projects. What a great final product for the final deal in in the program!
