Meet Tasianae Moore — a UW-Milwaukee Finance graduate and dedicated local real estate professional who has been serving her community since 2021. Driven to expand her impact, Tasianae is joining our program to transition her finance and market knowledge into hands-on fixing and flipping. She is focused on mastering our structured operational systems, running efficient rehab timelines, and keeping every project strictly under budget with the help of our coaching team.

Deal #1: Milwaukee Rehab

After working on marketing and networking for a few months, Tasianae officially locked up her first deal in the Hampton Heights neighborhood! Getting that first property under contract is a massive milestone, but the real work starts now. Tasianae is pivoting directly into the rehab phase, working closely with our coaching team to master contractor walkthroughs, lock down an airtight Scope of Work (SOW), and keep her project running on schedule and strictly on budget.
