This property was acquired after a concerned friend of the property owner approached Carla in a Walmart parking lot. The seller was facing foreclosure in 2 months and the bank would not budge so there was no time for a short sale. Bill & Carla agreed to stop the foreclosure by purchasing the house and had the mentoring team to support them.
